  • What is CicoDeal?
    CicoDeal is the dealer-to-dealer bike marketplace of the CICO platform. Verified bicycle dealers buy and sell bikes directly with each other — at a fixed price or by auction. Every bike comes from CicoPass-registered dealer stock, so its identity and history travel with it.
  • Who can buy and sell on CicoDeal?
    Only verified bicycle dealers with an approved account can trade. Anyone may browse the listings, but bidding, buying and selling require a dealer login. Registration is free — your company is verified before the account is activated.
  • How do I put my bikes on CicoDeal?
    From CicoConsole, your dealer dashboard. Set a bike to In Stock, then press Publish to CicoDeal — the bike appears on the marketplace at your asking price. Want bidding? Start an auction with a start price, a Buy Now price and a duration of 3, 7 or 14 days.
  • How do auctions and bidding work?
    Bidding starts at the start price; every bid must be higher than the current bid and stays below the Buy Now price. Any dealer can end the auction instantly by using Buy Now. When time runs out, the highest bid wins. A bid is binding — if you win, you buy.
  • Can I remove a listing or stop an auction?
    A fixed-price listing can be removed at any time from CicoConsole. A running auction can only be stopped while it has no bids — once someone has bid, the auction runs to the end to protect the bidders.

Payments

  • How do payments between dealers work?
    All payments are settled through the CicoDeal platform wallet. When a sale completes, the sale amount is credited to the seller and the platform commission is deducted automatically in the same settlement — no chasing invoices.
  • What commission does CicoDeal charge?
    A percentage of the sale price on every completed sale, shown to you before you list. Example: at 10% commission, a €500 sale credits €450 to your wallet and €50 commission to the platform.
  • When do I receive my money as a seller?
    After the order is completed, the amount minus commission is in your wallet. From there you can request a payout to your registered business bank account.
  • Is my purchase protected?
    You always trade with verified dealers, every bike is CicoPass-registered, and the money flows through the platform — not directly between strangers. The purchase agreement itself is between the two dealers; CicoDeal facilitates and settles it safely.
